Conveyancing Solicitors
We know that buying and selling houses can be stressful, trust us to understand. After all, we’ve been in your position too.
It helps to know that your lawyer is committed to pushing your sale, purchase or re-mortgage through. To us, this is standard. It’s what every customer deserves, and at Brethertons we work hard to get the legal side completed smoothly and on time.
There are other things about us which customers say they value. Top of the list is our expertise and our ability to explain things clearly. Our conveyancing experts are property law specialists, which means we see the wider issues - and we’re equipped to handle them all logically and without adding to your pressures. You can take it that the job will get done properly and efficiently.
Customers also rate us highly for our availability. On weekdays you can contact us by phone, email and in person. And because we know that it may not be easy for you to deal with personal affairs during the week, we open our offices on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12.30pm.
We think our conveyancing service stands out from the crowd, others do too and we have won awards for our customer care. But you won’t find us charging over the odds. Our fixed price is always among the most competitive in our market, and there are never any hidden extras. So the amount we agree between us is the amount you pay.
We were recently nominated for the LFS Conveyancing Award for the Best Regional Firm. Unbeknown to us we were soon infiltrated by a cunning mystery shopper who sought to test our service to the limit.
We’re delighted to report that we did pretty well. So well, in fact, that we fought off stiff competition and won the award.
Here’s what the judges said about us:
"Mystery shopping highlighted this firm’s commitment to customer service and ability to win business. The call was answered promptly by a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff, who discussed the proposed purchase with sensitivity, humour and commercial acumen.
“This is a business that recognises opportunities and looks for ways to win instructions. The judges were impressed with the level of business transacted despite choosing not to pay referral fees to introducers. Offering flexible opening hours and an “open door” approach to customers is refreshing and they actively look to provide a fully integrated service to all their customers. It is their focus on customer service and keeping customers happy that made this business stand out as a winner."
