At an awards ceremony on the 23rd November 2023 in City Central at The HAC, London, Brethertons were delighted to win the Legal Services Provider of the Year award. The News on the Block Property Management Awards, which are now in their 14th year, recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management industry.
The award focuses on the firm’s successful Property Management, Residential Leasehold and Property Litigation teams who work with a large portfolio of managing agents, management companies, freeholders and landlords.
Brethertons is already an award winning firm with award winning lawyers and is thrilled to add to its growing list of achievements. They live and breathe their strapline, Exceptional Service, Personal to you – which is also true for their work in the UK property management industry. They understand the managing agents, management companies, freeholders and landlords they work with all have different requirements and therefore require a personal and specific service. They act for many industry leaders, who manage thousands of residential and commercial property blocks and units.
Business Development Partner, Mark North says of the award “Winning these awards isn’t just about turning up on the night and walking away with something to pop on a shelf. It’s about receiving the recognition within the industry which is testament to the outstanding commitment and client service provided by the teams here at Brethertons Solicitors. Everyone works so hard to achieve the very best results and they deserve the title of Legal Services Provider of the Year. I couldn’t be prouder.”
Senior Associate Emma Bush was also shortlisted for Professional of the Year at this years’ Property Management Awards. Brethertons are very proud of her accomplishments including her recently being named in the PM50.
