As Business Development Partner I am responsible for driving client service excellence through our business: I work alongside the most amazing teams of industry leading experts, delivering best practice, exemplary legal advice and excellent client care.

I joined Brethertons in February 2013, and have a background in the operational outsourced business processing arena. I have experience in both the private and public sector across both client management and operational delivery.

I have many years of experience in the areas of operational delivery, client development and people management.

I am a driven and focused to coach, develop and motivate individuals to exceed their own and company objectives.

I am really passionate about ‘making a difference’ through client satisfaction and I am responsible for:

Client management: scoping and delivery to SLA.

Proven track record in client retention & growth.

Business development – both new and existing client base.

Implementation and on boarding of new business, forging partnerships with all stakeholders.

Outside of work I love to travel, especially the seaside, I love walking, reading, good food (and drink!) and really enjoy the company of my husband, friends and family.
