I joined Brethertons in February 2013, and have a background in the operational outsourced business processing arena. I have experience in both the private and public sector across both client management and operational delivery.
I have many years of experience in the areas of operational delivery, client development and people management.
I am a driven manager and focused to coach, develop and motivate individuals to exceed their own and company objectives.
I manage strategy and change, with process re-engineering skills gained at Cranfield Business School.
I am really passionate about ‘making a difference’ through client satisfaction and I am responsible for:
- Client management: scoping and delivery to SLA.
- Proven track record in client retention & growth.
- Business development – both new and existing client base.
- Implementation and on boarding of new business, forging partnerships with all stakeholders.
