NQ Solicitor – Property Litigation

About the Role
This is an amazing opportunity for a NQ Solicitor to join an award-winning firm, who recognises and awards hard work and has clear progression routes. We are looking for someone to join our Legal Experts… who doesn’t want to work alongside recognised experts in the legal profession, working on high value cases?
This role allows you to develop and make a positive contribution to an expanding team. It is essential that you have completed a seat in Civil Litigation during your Training Contract.
You will be working on litigated property cases, with a focus on leasehold matters and assisting the senior solicitors on cases including breaches of leasehold covenants, building safety act matters, and service charge disputes in addition to preparing pre-emptive advices.
About you
We are looking for someone who is client focused and detailed orientated. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their organisational skills, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure in a team environment, whilst managing client expectations. You will need to follow established priorities, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance in line with SRA and other governing body requirements.
