I have experience in representing both Claimant and Defendant parties, in complex litigation matters and possession claims for landlords. I intend to pursue my legal studies with CILEx Law School, with a view to becoming a qualified Lawyer.
My day to day role includes all aspects of service charge and ground rent recovery including resolving leaseholder disputes and liaising with our clients, the Courts and HM Land Registry. One of the main duties of my role is enforcing County Court Judgments by using various enforcement methods to obtain settlement of arrears. In addition, I draft applications, deal with the removal of charges and assist in client Mediations.
