We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
I am thrilled to have joined Brethertons as a Partner in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and have specialised in Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney and estate administration since then. I assist customers in all of these areas, from the straightforward to the complex. I also qualified as a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in October 2014.
As a solicitor in this department, my areas of practice include the following:-
I really enjoy my job and take great pride in my role – I am a compassionate, patient, diligent person and really value being able to work closely with my customers, understand their unique circumstances and provide support in what can be difficult topics to deal with.
Clients say that I “ask the right questions and propose clear unambiguous wording”, have “an immediate understanding”, deals with customers “empathetically and professionally” and provide “nothing but first-class service”.
I was ranked as a Key Lawyer in The LEgal 500 2022.
As a member of STEP, I adhere to the STEP Code for Will Preparation in England & Wales and the STEP Standard Provisions.
When I am not at work, I enjoy time with my young children and husband, bike riding, swimming and exploring. If I am ever treated to a night off, I love going to live comedy!
