We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
I am an Associate Solicitor specialising in the administration of estates, the preparation of Wills, estate planning and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorneys. I have also developed a specialism within the firm for the creation and administration of both lifetime and Will trusts to meet a variety of needs for families and their dependants.
On completing my Legal Practice Course, I was extremely happy to have been awarded a distinction, which then enabled me to carry out my training at Henmans LLP qualifying in 2008. I joined Brethertons LLP in the same year and have been focused on delivering a professional yet personable service to all of my customers ever since.
During my time at Brethertons, I have developed a specialism in the niche area of personal injury trust work, both in respect of creating trusts to receive monies from an injury or professional negligence award and the on-going administration of the trusts. I realise that by focusing on this area, I am providing both up-to-date legal advice and also invaluable practical advice and support to customers and their families at a very difficult time in their lives.
My main achievements include, creating and administering numerous personal injury trusts covering a range of circumstances and with several of the trusts comprising funds in excess of several million pounds.
Outside of work, my time is mostly spent with my young daughter but I also have a passion for classics, having travelled a great deal around Italy and Greece and lived in Italy for a year studying at an Italian university.
