Trainee Solicitor

I am currently a Trainee Solicitor within the Property Litigation Team where I assist with a broad range of contentious residential leasehold matters, including service charge disputes and Building Safety Act 2022 claims.

My work primarily involves supporting the Partners within the team with the management and progression of cases from onboarding through to resolution. My responsibilities include drafting legal documents, preparing cases for hearings and corresponding with both clients and other legal professionals.

I joined Brethertons in December 2023 as a Legal Assistant following the completion of my undergraduate studies at the University of Leeds, where I graduated with a First Class LLB (Hons) degree. In April 2024, I progressed to the role of Paralegal, and in April 2025, I was afforded the opportunity to commence my Qualifying Work Experience with the firm. Alongside my Qualifying Work Experience, I will be completing my SQE studies with the University of Law to work towards qualification as a Solicitor.
