We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
I am a Paralegal in the Property Management department assisting Ben Foley in my day to day work. I mainly handle Property Litigation and Commercial Recovery matters progressing in the Small Claims Track.
My day to day role includes all aspects of service charge and ground rent recovery including resolving leaseholder disputes and liaising with our customers and the courts. One of the main parts of my role is enforcing County Court Judgments by Third Party Debt Orders, Charging Orders or instructing High Court Enforcement Officers. I also draft various Applications, deal with mediations and prepare court bundles for hearings.
I joined the Dispute Resolution team at Brethertons in 2015 as an Apprentice and in 2017 I completed a Level 2 CILEx Legal Secretary Qualification. In 2017, I joined the Property Management team where I worked as a Legal Assistant for over 2 years before progressing onto a Paralegal.
I stay healthy by going to the gym in the week and I enjoy riding horses with friends at the weekend. I also love to get out, see the world and travel whenever I get the chance and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family.
