Executive Lawyer

I am a Executive Lawyer within the Property Management team at Brethertons. I have many years of experience in Property Management, specialising in the recovery of unpaid ground rent, service charges, insurance and CHP charges.

I manage my own customer portfolio, and assist with some of our largest customers which are in the main Managing Agents. Typically my day to day activities consist of corresponding with customers and building on existing relationships, providing advice, responding to queries and providing updates, attending customer review meetings. I also handle disputes from leaseholders, and negotiate find resolutions to these disputes to recover unpaid charges. Whilst at Brethertons, I have completed my Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading and I am keen to progress and do my CILEx.

In excess of 5 years experience collecting Service Charge and Ground Rent arrears for a multitude of Managing Agent clients in the Property Sector
