Client Concierge

I am a Client Concierge working closely with the Wills Trust and Probate team. My role is to take new enquiries and assist our customers with their journey here at Brethertons ensuring that they feel they are in safe hands with us.

I am passionate about providing fantastic ‘client service’ at all times and will provide guidance and support through what could be a difficult and emotional time.

My role is to ensure that your first contact with Brethertons is one where you know that you have been listened to, understood, and introduced to the most appropriate Lawyer to support and guide you through your Legal needs.

I joined Brethertons in July 2019 as an Office Services Assistant gaining knowledge and confidence whilst in this role which will further assist me in supporting our Legal teams as a Customer Concierge for Wills, Trust and Probate.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family. My spare time consists of long walks with my dog, Tillie a little golden show cocker spaniel, who I adore. Or you will find me enjoying good food and socialising usually with a glass of fizz nearby.
