My customers say that I am “courteous, friendly, very helpful with advice and efficient”, that I “listened to what [they] wanted” and have thanked me for “explaining [their] options so clearly”.
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and have since gone on to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly) (SFE) in 2012 and 2013 respectively.
I presented at the CASE Legacies Forum 2014 and have presented a number of Brethertons webinars on subjects such as the Intestacy Rules and using Deeds of Variation for inheritance tax planning.
