I advise on all aspects of family law including divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements and civil partnerships, with a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex financial disputes.
I act for a wide range of individuals and their partners, including high net worth professionals, entrepreneurs and public figures. My primary practice involves resolving and negotiating financial settlements when a relationship breaks down, whether acting on the court record in court proceedings or by concluding a voluntary agreement.
My aim is to give clear and frank advice to help my clients make fully informed decisions about their best interests. I do that by working with my client, by identifying what the right choices are for them, and by helping them make the best choice at what can sometimes be the most stressful point in their lives.
The type of work I do is wide-ranging. My specialisms include prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, financial applications for children under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989, emergency and interim financial relief orders, financial injunctions, property disputes between cohabiting couples, separation agreements and financial provision for children. I am routinely instructed in cases involving businesses, complex pension arrangements, overseas assets, maintenance, and disputed divorces.
I have been recognised as a Key Lawyer in the Legal 500 directory. I am a member of the Family Law Team of the Year Award Winners, and a member of Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers.
