Abigail Hughes

As a Senior Associate in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team, I help clients put in place their Wills, carry out estate administration and advice on trusts and Court of Protection.

I have a particular expertise in trust administration and the Court of Protection and have worked for a national law firm managing the day-to-day administration of multi-million pound trusts and Court of Protection matters.

I studied part time at the University of Law, Birmingham for my Legal Practice Course and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2018 and cross qualified as a Solicitor in November 2019, I have worked in Private Client for over 10 years.

I understand that it is difficult to put your affairs in order and have often been described as friendly and professional.

My vast experience at national and regional firms allows me to think outside the box and provide a pragmatic approach to clients.

• Obtained an LLB from the University of Lincoln
• Completed the Legal Practice Course at University of Law, Birmingham
• Masters LLM from the University of Law Birmingham
• Full member of STEP (TEP)
