After 5 years working in the block management industry, predominantly with Countrywide Estate Management, Dan was head hunted by Pier Management Ltd (a subsidiary of the Regis Group). Dan’s role was quickly focussed on overseeing the management of the freehold portfolio. The role is diverse and varies quite significantly from that of a traditional block manager; most of the properties are managed by third party companies so Dan spends much of his time managing the managing agents.
