I have specialised in Landlord and Tenant and Leasehold Enfranchisement matters for my entire legal career. My experience spans across a variety of leasehold areas and I assist a variety of clients including Freeholders, Leaseholders, RTM Companies, Managing Agents and Management Companies with their leasehold properties, freehold portfolios and leasehold enquiries.

I have specialist leasehold technical experience with a keen eye for detail. I am client focussed and my main objective is to make these often complex matters simple for my clients and to resolve matters with as little stress as possible for all involved. All whilst keeping commercially minded for each client’s needs and property or portfolio.

Away from the office you will find me travelling, I’m a huge foodie and love eating in different places and countries. I frequently visit Cornwall with my family and Miniature Pinscher Jaxx for lots of coastal walks and surfing.
