Bukola is a Senior Associate specialising in property management litigation. She advises on all aspects of housing law, including housing management and leasehold management. Her customers are typically Social Landlords, Managing Agents, Leaseholders, Tenants and Private Landlords. Her specialisms include litigation as well as appearances before the First Tier Tribunal, non -contentious advice on housing policy and regulatory compliance.

Bukola has practiced in this field for over 12 years and has worked for several national law firms as well as public sector organisations gaining a wide breadth of knowledge from firms with strong reputations for property litigation. Her experience includes five years as Head of Housing Management Litigation for a national firm.
She is mentioned in the UK Legal 500 2017 in respect of the wide range of areas she practices, under the umbrella of housing management litigation.
She is proud to have acted for the Claimant in the court of appeal case of Derwent Housing Association Limited v Taylor, Court of Appeal (Civ Div) 19 January 2016. The case provides clarification on whether a spouse who remains in the matrimonial home has continued rights of occupation after their partner has left the home and terminated the tenancy.
Outside of work Bukola enjoys spending time with her family, weekend runs with her friends, circuit training and fine dining.
