Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, due to the current situation, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone this webinar for the foreseeable future so that our Lawyers can focus on the needs of our customers to support them through this challenging and difficult time.

Please look out for new dates via email or on our social media and website.

Thank you for your understanding.

All business should have Terms and Conditions of trading, as a failure to do so could mean that, in the event of a dispute, it is left to the Court to decide on what terms businesses have entered into contracts. Who in their right mind would want a Judge deciding the terms on which you should do business when you have control over that decision yourself?
In these increasingly challenging times for businesses, it is becoming vital to ensure that your Terms and Conditions of trading protect you as best they can. You may want to try and limit your liability, retain the right to reclaim product or you may even want to make it difficult for your customers to terminate contracts with you.
Brexit brings a whole new raft of considerations that need to be looked at and considered in contractual documentation.

  • The subjects that will be covered in this webinar include:
  • The role of Terms and Conditions
  • Why have Terms and Conditions?
  • Five elements of a Contract
  • Reviewing your terms
  • Principal terms
  • Specific contracts
  • The impact of Brexit
  • Q & A
