In conjunction with The St Ives Family Group, we would like to invite you to this specialist event which will focus on the challenges of cases involving teenagers in the family justice system. The seminar will address issues which commonly occur within proceedings, such as applications for secure accommodation, the voice of teenagers in litigation, international abduction of teenagers and children who are themselves parents within concurrent care proceedings.
