Last Friday the employment team received remittance advice from HM Courts and Tribunals Service regarding our first application for Employment Tribunal (‘ET’) fee reimbursement. The online reimbursement application process is quick and simple; in our case only taking 38 calendar days from the date of our application. We have been told to expect receipt of the payment in full, together with accrued interest, in the next five working days.
