Brethertons LLP is delighted to announce that the firm’s ‘Peppermint’ Development Team has been shortlisted for the ‘Banbury Team of the Year’ award at the forthcoming Banbury Employee of the Year Awards 2015.

This award is reserved for a team which has made a significantly beneficial contribution to the running of their firm and has been integral to ensuring its success over the last 12 months. This year the ‘Peppermint’ Team makes the short list of three finalists, and faces stiff competition in the form of the other finalists, the Reception Team at Banbury Therapy Centre and the Karcher Cleans Britain Team at Karcher.

Peppermint is an award winning service platform tailored specifically for legal practices and law firms. Over the past year, a team of passionate individuals at Brethertons has been working hard to implement this software firm wide, and as the firm now has over 260 employees this has been quite an accomplishment. The efforts of the Peppermint team are not being exaggerated; challenged with the task of configuring this software in numerous formats across Brethertons’ three offices (located in Banbury, Rugby and Bicester), and to have achieved all this successfully in such a limited time period is an extraordinary feat.

Deborah Atkins, HR Partner at Brethertons Solicitors said: “I am delighted that our Peppermint Team is being acknowledged for their efforts over the past year. Their work has been essential to the company, and considering the feat of the task they were presented with, I could not think of a team that deserve to be shortlisted as finalists in the ‘Banbury Team of the Year’ category more than they do.”

There are five awards being presented at the Banbury Employee of the Year Awards 2015, and a judging panel have selected the three finalists for each, that they feel are most deserving of recognition for their achievements over the past 12 months. The impressive quality of entrants for this years competition has meant that in nearly all the categories, including ‘Banbury Team of the Year’, that the judging panel has included a ‘Highly Commended’ section to highlight nominations that didn’t quite reach the final shortlist but were worthy of some merit.
