Linda Ball, a member Residential Leasehold team has now become one of only 22 Associates in the firm. Linda’s workload focuses on the non-contentious areas of residential leasehold, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, right to manage claims and freehold acquisitions. As an expert in her field, Linda has many years of experience combined with a strong depth of knowledge dealing with Creation of new leases, Deeds of Variation and Licences.
