We have appointed a new Company Commercial paralegal to our team of legal specialists.
Sara De Rinaldis joins Brethertons from Meade King Solicitors where she worked as a Corporate Paralegal for over 2 years. She has experience in dealing with a variety of transactions including sales, acquisitions and mergers and NHS contract advice.
After obtaining a first class in her law degree in Italy, Sara moved to Bristol and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. Currently, she is working towards completing the Legal Practice Course and MA in Business, Law and Management at BPP University.
Sara says of her appointment, ‘I am very excited to come and work for a firm with a strong reputation such as Brethertons.’
