Brethertons Annual Staff Conference

On Tuesday 21st November, Brethertons held its first Annual Staff Conference. It was a fantastic opportunity for employees across all practice areas and all regional offices to come together to discuss strategy, customers and develop people engagement.

Shaun Jardine, the CEO, updated staff on progress made against the strategy for the first 6 months of the year and outlined the priorities of each practice area going forward.

The conference also provided the opportunity to recognise and reward staff members who have gone the extra mile for both customers and colleagues through a new awards programme. Brethertons prides itself on exceeding customer expectations, with Shaun commenting, “we are in the people business; how our customers feel is the measure of our success”. The Customer Satisfaction Award was presented to Laura Stuart from the Wills, Trusts and Probate team for the exceptional customer feedback she received over the past 6 months.

A number of other awards were presented during the conference, recognising employees’ great contribution to our customers and the firm. Overall the day was a great success with employee’s leaving feeling engaged, energised and ready to continue providing excellent support to Brethertons customers.
