It gives us great pleasure to announce that Roger Hardwick, Partner in the  Residential Leasehold team at Brethertons LLP has won two awards at the prestigious News on the Block Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs) 2017.

At the glittering award ceremony held last night at No 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, Roger collected both Regional Professional of the Year for a fourth time and Solicitor of the Year. The firm was also highly commended in the Solicitors Firm of the Year category and Sharan Dhadda as Young Professional of the Year.

Roger explained: “I am delighted to have won these awards. Enfranchisement and Residential Landlord and Tenant Law is my chosen specialism and I am honoured that the customer focus and attention to detail we bring to our clients at Brethertons has been recognised in this way.”

The awards celebrate professional excellence in Enfranchisement and Right to Manage and recognise practitioners that have displayed an exceptional quality of work in the discipline. The awards are judged on a comprehensive set of criteria that includes; quality of service, technical expertise, skill and knowledge in work undertaken and relevant case studies.
