Roger Hardwick, Head of Residential Leasehold has won Regional Professional of the Year for a third time at industry awards, the ERMAs 2016.
The awards celebrate achievement in property enfranchisement and right to manage and are hosted by industry publication News on the Block. Solicitor Roger Hardwick, specialises in residential leasehold and property law, with clients that include well-known developers, ground rent investors and resident/tenant-owned management companies, as well as individual tenants.
On accepting his award Roger commented “I feel very privileged to receive this award for Regional Professional of the Year. The whole ceremony has been a celebration of great work and success in raising standards in the industry. I’m delighted that I, with the support of my team, have been recognised as being someone at the forefront of that advancement.”
Roger has not only been involved in a number of high profile decisions but he also recently spoke at the top industry event Property Management Unwrapped in June 2016. He was joined by other well-known speakers and thought leaders from the property management sector exploring topics such as productivity, service quality, data protection and legal updates.
