Today, Brethertons' Serious Injury team donned their wackiest hats to raise vital funds for those living with the effects of brain injury.
As part of Action for Brain Injury Week 2017 (8 – 14 May), Hats for Headway day has been organised by the UK’s leading brain injury charity – Headway - which provides support, services and information to brain injury survivors, their families and carers, as well as professionals in the health an...d legal fields.
The charity has more than 100 groups and branches throughout the UK.
Association of Personal Injuries Lawyers (APIL) Fellow and APIL Accredited Brain Injury Specialist Solicitor Katherine Lennon and her colleagues in the serious injury team at Brethertons have been proudly supporting Headway since 2011. The firm is a member of the charity’s approved Solicitors Directory, and a member of the Headway Supporters Website.
Katherine comments: “Hats for Headway is a really fun way we can support Headway and raise much needed funds for a charity very close to our hearts. The work they do to improve the lives of our clients and local people, affected by brain injury, helping them to rebuild their lives and regain independence is incredible.”
