Simon is Head of the Banbury Family Department. His main area of expertise is acting for clients where children have come to this country without the permission of the other parent.

Gemma Kelsey, Solicitor

Gemma undertakes all types of family work including issues concerning children and domestic violence.  She also assists with International Child Abduction and Public Law matters.

Family law involves a lot of client interaction and due to the nature of the work matters are often ongoing which provides the opportunity to get to know clients and build up good client relationships.

Terri Harman, Solicitor

Terri focuses on children matters, primarily acting for parents and children’s guardians when action has been taken by the Local Authority.
