Michael Dibben, Partner

Mike heads the Conveyancing team at Brethertons LLP. He is an experienced solicitor who has specialised in property matters for many years. He believes in providing a quality service for our clients, while offering value.  This is achieved through well-trained proactive staff who are prepared to go the extra mile in communicating information to and from all parties involved in each matter, and ensuring the process works as smoothly and painlessly as possible.  We use a highly sophisticated diary-driven case management system that can handle volume document production and process-handling at speed.  Mike is continually updating the system to meet the demands of new legislation and regulations and to make use of the advanced technology to improve our service to our customers. Harvey Gibbs, Associate, Solicitor - Head of Rugby Conveyancing

Harvey deals mainly with house sale/purchase transactions. Being in an open plan office environment, Harvey has a lot of face to face contact with clients and he is therefore rather more than just a voice at the end of a telephone.

Helen Fleming, Solicitor

Helen has over twenty years experience in property law and now specialises in residential property.

She advises on the sale and purchase of a wide range of freehold and leasehold residential property in all parts of the country.

Sarah Webster, Conveyancing Executive

Sarah is an experienced Conveyancing Executive who works full time within the department.  She is used to dealing with high volumes of work including sales, purchases and transfer matters.

Working in an open plan office, enables Sarah to interact with clients on a face to face basis as well as dealing with clients via email and telephone. Karen Howick, Associate, Conveyancing Executive - Head of Banbury Conveyancing

Karen joined the firm in December 2003 as a Conveyancing Executive.  She has since qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer and is now Assistant Manager of the Conveyancing Team.

Karen deals with all sorts of conveyancing work, ranging from studio flats to £1,000,000.00 plus mansions and is involved with all stages of the conveyancing transaction from opening the file to completion.  However Karen predominantly deals with checking legal titles, mortgage offers and searches, as well as the drafting or checking of legal documents such as Contracts, Transfers and Deeds.  Karen also assists her colleagues in the Conveyancing Team with any legal queries or other complexities that may arise.

Fiona Dunlop, Conveyancing Executive

Fiona is used to dealing with high volumes of work in her role as a Conveyancing Executive.  She has vast experience dealing with residential conveyancing, remortgages and transfers of equity and finds it very rewarding seeing a matter through to completion.  Based in an open plan office, Fiona spends a lot of time face to face with her clients and is therefore more than just a voice on the end of a telephone.

Sharon Invernizzi, Senior Conveyancing Executive

Sharon has a wealth of experience as a conveyancer and deals with all kinds of residential conveyancing transactions from sales and purchases to remortgages. Lyndsay joined the conveyancing team in April 2010 after a brief spell away from the field. However Lyndsay has over 9 years of residential conveyancing experience at which point she has become accustomed to dealing with all types of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations and property management issues.

Eve Hurley, Conveyancing Executive

Eve Hurley is a full time conveyancing executive at Brethertons LLP. She devotes most of her time to clients of the firm who are selling or purchasing property and land. Eve was formerly with Hodsons solicitors in Rugby until the firm merged with Brethertons LLP in Dec 2010. She spends the majority of her time at our Regent Street office and is also responsible for overseeing client conveyancing matters at our Glebe House office. Eve has a great deal of experience in Conveyancing including remortgaging.
