Paralegal

I work as a Paralegal in the Wills, Trust and Probate Department in the Rugby office.

I support the Solicitors in the department with many aspects of their roles which include taking calls from new clients and discussing their requirements with regard to their personal affairs with a sympathetic and personal approach. I draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, assist with Estate Administration and Deputyship Applications.

I joined Brethertons in February 1998 and have gained an extensive range of experience, knowledge and confidence to progress to being a Paralegal, providing excellent, high quality and consistent service to our Customers. I thoroughly enjoy my job and being a team player.

Experience and Accreditations

Significant amount of experience in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting and dealing with Estate Administration. Also plays a supporting role in on Deputyship matters
Fluent speaker of Gujarati and Hindi
