Kerri Marsland

Paralegal

I joined Brethertons in 2019 as a Legal Assistant in the Property Management Department, before progressing to Paralegal in 2022. Realising that Private Client was where I wanted my future to be, I then moved to our award winning Wills, Trusts, Capacity and Probate team in October 2023.

My day-to-day role includes supporting our team of leading Partners and Executive Lawyers in all aspects of Private Client work, with a focus on Trust Administration.

Before joining Brethertons, I took time to raise my then young family, and studied at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College prior to this.

Qualifications and Experience:

Legal Secretaries diploma (level 3) in 2011 – City and Guilds Medal for Excellence winner for excellence in the face of adversity
Worked in property management since 2019. Previously worked in WTP from 2011-2013 with various reputable firms.

Outside of work, I enjoy cross-stitching custom projects to share with my friends and family, cleaning up whatever devastation my four cats or four children have caused, and catching up with true-crime documentaries.
