Service Charge Recovery made easy

If you are recovering service charge arrears, our “PM Alliance” service (Property Management Alliance) is a one-stop shop tailored to your needs, making the whole process very easy and affordable. 

PM Alliance means service charge and ground rent recoveries can be undertaken on a No Recovery, No Fee basis*.

Our other services include repossession work, student arrears, leasehold enfranchisement, Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Court and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal advice. There’s a host of benefits - you can request just the basic amount of legal advice you need to recover for service charge arrears and recovery of payments by defaulting lessees, through to general advice about lease agreements including termination of leases, your rights and those of your lessees. You can also fully extend it, to include litigation, mediation, and repossession action.

Due to strong demand and our ongoing commitment to meeting our clients' needs, the Property Management team now offers an extended working week from 8am – 7pm Monday to Thursday and opens on Saturdays from 9am – 12.30 mid day.

A recent pilot scheme has proved very popular with clients who now benefit from the recovery of service charge arrears along with legal expertise for additional hours each week and at no extra charge. Managing agents in particular find the extended service advantageous as our debt recovery managers are able to successfully contact lessees out of office hours.  More hours in the day are spent recovering arrears without increasing legal costs.
