Josh Russell

I am a Partner in the Family Team based in our Rugby office, assisting clients with all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, financial issues arising from divorce, civil partnerships dissolution, cohabitation disputes and pre-nuptial agreements. I have particular experience with unmarried couple separation and the disputes arising from co-ownership of property. I regularly represent customers at Court when required. I am recognised as both a ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Associate to Watch’ in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners respectively.

I find the job so rewarding, providing support to customers in their hour of need. I am proud to have played a part in helping some of our customers to rebuild their lives after particularly difficult experiences.

I completed my LPC part-time at De-Montfort University whilst working at Brethertons and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. I was made a Partner of the firm in 2024.
