Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
As Head of Legal Support, my role is to ensure that my team and I provide high quality support to both our internal and external customers and to support the business in the development and implementation of our corporate strategy.
I am responsible for recognising all opportunities and making recommendations in order to continuously improve on support service standards, business processes, practices and procedures at Brethertons.
I work closely with all internal stakeholders within the Operational and Legal Services teams, to ensure smooth delivery of all day to day support needs via teams of Legal Secretaries, Office Assistants and Receptionists across our Regional offices.
I have been with Brethertons since January 2014 and have been in my current position since March 2017. I have been managing people for over 30 years and have held senior operational management roles for the last 25 years.
My role includes people and workflow management, shared services management, business partnering models, building management, multi-channel delivery, continuous improvement, and project management.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and travel.
