I work closely with a wide range of Landlord, Management Company and managing agent customers in order to provide them with an understandable and accessible summary of the important lease terms. This is particularly useful for general property management purposes but also when recovery and enforcement action is being contemplated. I am also often the first port of call for the Property Managers on questions regarding lease interpretation.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 with a niche property firm in London. I gained over 3 years post qualification experience specialising in both commercial and high value residential property before spending some time abroad. I joined Brethertons in early 2013.
