We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
I am a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Commercial Property Department at Brethertons LLP. I assist clients with a wide range commercial property transactions including Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, conditional contracts, option agreements, insolvency sales, pension fund sales and purchases and property aspects of Corporate transactions.
I qualified as a solicitor in August 2006 having worked as a Commercial Property specialist since that time. I obtained my degree at Sheffield Hallam University and successfully completed the Legal Practice course at the University of Sheffield.
In my career to date I have acted for charities (local and national), SME’s, Banks, insolvency practitioners, major high street retailers, and individual clients. Notable transactions have included acting for a mainstream lender in a £10m refinance of student accommodation; a complicated letting of premises on behalf of trustees which included granting leases to developers, leasebacks, underleases, applications for consent and licences and sale of charity land for substantial value by way of conditional contract.
I am passionate about the work I do and thoroughly enjoy my job. I have maintained really good relationship with clients throughout my career and have retained many. A friendly, approachable yet professional attitude is the key.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, walking, reading, yoga and visiting new places.
I am currently on maternity leave, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any enquiries.
