We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
I joined Brethertons in 2008 and I was very fortunate to start an Apprenticeship as an Office Junior in the Office Services department where I studied and completed NVQ in Business Administration level 2 and 3. In 2010, I took the opportunity and managed to secure a new role in the Property Management Sector. I was also fortunate enough to complete a further NVQ in Team Leading and I am very proud to have progressed to a Paralegal for the Property Management Team, specialising in the recovery of unpaid ground rent and service charge arrears.
I manage my own customer portfolio and assist an Associate who manages some of the Firms largest Managing Agents portfolio. On a daily basis, I am responsible for resolving leaseholder disputes, negotiating with leaseholders, liaising with customers and building on existing relationships by responding and helping to queries efficiently via email and telephone. I also attend customer meetings. I work hard to maintain a level of customer service and I really enjoy my job and love my team and my customers. I am happy to be a part of Brethertons success.
Outside of work, I enjoy biking (in the summer months), reading in my spare time, shopping and socialising with my family and friends and spending quality time with my partner and my little boy.
