Who are we?

Brethertons have established a national reputation in specialist life changing injuries litigation.

What do we do?

We help people who have suffered catastrophic injuries. We have particular expertise and experience in spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, amputation and polytrauma cases. We can also help in Fatal Accidents cases.

Most of the compensation we recover is measured in six or seven and sometimes eight figures (lump sum equivalent).

When can we help?

We are often approached by patients or their families soon after the life changing injury. Occasionally we are asked to take over cases commenced by other solicitors. Most of our work comes through recommendation.
