Not only is this a convenient way to obtain your divorce it also very cost effective. The usual way for law firms to charge is by the hour, this is a fixed fee service – allowing you to manage your budget.
What is included in the Correspondence Divorce?
All steps from initial instructions through to Decree Absolute at the end of the divorce process.
What is not included in the Correspondence Divorce?
This package does not include any associated work such as financial work concerning complex assets or pensions (ancillary relief) or legal advice where children are involved.

This service does not include consultations, either in person or on the telephone.
How much?
The cost for our services is £225 plus VAT.
A court fee of £550 is also payable.
We may increase our charges if extra work is needed, but we’ll always discuss this with you first.

- We will provide updates to you at key stages within the process
- Please allow 5 working days for us to respond to emails before becoming concerned and chasing.
- This service is for couples who have agreed to divorce. We can also assist you if you are not in agreement, please contact us to discuss further.
- Once we receive your order we will send a questionnaire to you for completion together with some other useful information.
- Payment is required when returning your completed questionnaire.
