Our ethos is simple: we put you at the heart of everything we do. Our structure and systems are tailored to fit your needs, to support you in the way you want us to, and to guide you through every stage of your life, or the life of your business.
You’ll be able to call on our Key Client Managers who, with specific sector focus, are there to help you make the most of your relationship with Brethertons.
Your dedicated Key Client Managers are there to help you build relationships and networks, and facilitate introductions for you to grow your business or take the next step in your own personal journey.
Working closely with the Key Client Managers, the Marketing team ensures the local and wider business community is kept abreast of changes in the firm and the law in general. Their focus is creating value for customers through events, webinars, newsletters, sponsorship and social media activity. The Marketing team incorporates the press and media relations function along with digital presence.
A key part of the role of the Marketing team is measuring customer satisfaction. We care passionately that you are delighted with the service we provide, and are always keen to hear your feedback – both good and bad – to help us improve and develop our services to fit your needs.
