We care passionately about every customer we help
Partner and Head of Family Law, Rugby
As a Company Commercial Solicitor I advise companies and businesses on the effectiveness of their terms and conditions, as well as clauses to avoid when entering into contracts with others, the importance of non-disclosure agreements, advising on copyright issues and assisting with sales and acquisitions.
I qualified as a Solicitor in August 2015 after graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2011 with LLB Honours and completing my Legal Practice Course on a part-time basis on the weekends at OXLIP. I joined Brethertons in 2002 and have worked in a number of teams, including Property Management, Small Claims, Litigation, Commercial Property and Company Commercial. After qualification I made the transition from Litigation to Company Commercial and dealing with non-contentious matters.
Away from the office I can be found cooking up a storm in the kitchen (well so I think), I love baking, watching movies and spending time with my loved ones.
