I represent clients in all areas of family law and relationship breakdown including divorce, cohabitation disputes and separation. I also assist clients to try and avoid the difficulties that can arise on separation by advising on pre nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.
I am a member of Resolution; a national organisation for specialist family lawyers which has a code of conduct providing for the resolution of family disputes in a non-confrontational manner. And on top of this I am a Collaborative Lawyer and a founding and active member of the North Oxfordshire Collaborative Family Law Group which helps customers going through separation find the best solutions by agreement, rather than through the Courts.
I am also a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel which acknowledges specialism and expertise in dealing with cases involving children.
