This webinar will address the common issues faced by property managers when it comes to water damage in blocks of flats - by whatever cause. We will discuss how to go about reporting a claim and the action to take, policy excess deductions (who pays and the impact on service charges) and what is and what isn’t covered under the buildings insurance policy when water damage arises.
The webinar will also cover the use of Loss Adjusters, the risk of underinsurance and what impact it could have on a claims payment, as well as some basic risk management measures that can be explored.
