Legal services firm of the year

We are delighted to announce that we have been judged as the top legal services firm in the country for the property management industry.

We fought off tough competition to be shortlisted, and were announced as the winner of the ‘Legal Services of the Year’ category at the prestigious News on the Block Property Management Awards (PMA) 2015 in London on 3rd December.

The entry focussed on the comprehensive legal support that we offer property management companies in every aspect of their operations; from the corporate matters in the day-to-day running of their business, through commercial property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt recovery and employment relations, to the more specialised leasehold, and landlord and tenant legislation.

The Property Management Awards, in their 7th year, recognise and celebrate excellence in the UK Property Management industry, with each award assessed by an independent judging panel in advance of the ceremony. This year, the organisers introduced a public voting system which counted towards the choice of the overall winner.

Litigation Sector Head, Debbie Phillips explains: “I’m just thrilled for my team; they work so hard to achieve the very best results for our clients. Winning this award is testament to their outstanding commitment and client service. It is the real highlight of the year for us.”

We act for hundreds of landlords and have particular experience in property management, advising many companies in the industry throughout the UK as well as resident associations and leaseholders alike. We run a calendar of approximately 30 training webinars for the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), and each year hold a weekend conference, the Property Management Summit, which covers hot topics in the residential leasehold sector.
