When practicing, I help clients with problems in all areas of Family Law, but my particular speciality lies in dealing with financial matters arising from divorce. I predominantly deal with complex cases, where there are business, pension or farming assets, or cases where there is high net worth. From my perspective, the most important achievement in a case (apart from obtaining a good outcome for my customer) is to ensure that my customers get a first class service. My teams and I pride ourselves on the service that we provide to our customers.
I understand how stressful and traumatic family proceedings can be, and I strive to make a real difference to my clients at such a difficult time. It is for this reason that I have developed a bespoke counselling service at no charge to our clients, at what is undoubtedly one of the most difficult periods in their life.
