Sundeep graduated from Birmingham University and subsequently undertook her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Birmingham. Sundeep initially joined Brethertons in November 2007 as a Paralegal before commencing her Training Contract with her first seat being in the Civil Litigation Department.
Sundeep is currently assisting the established Litigation team members. She deals mainly with personal injury matters, whilst also advising clients and carrying out research on other litigation matters, such as contractual disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, property possession and debt matters.
Sundeep has presented at the Citizens Advice Bureau for the volunteers to raise greater awareness of the types, processes and procedures involved in personal injury claims.
The types of claims that Sundeep has dealt and assisted with include those arising from road traffic accidents (inc. Motor Insurance Bureau matters), slips and trips, accidents at work, accidents whilst abroad, clinical & nursing negligence, criminal injuries and fatal accidents.
Sundeep is originally from Staffordshire, but lived in a village in Leicestershire for ten years before recently moving to South Staffordshire/Wolverhampton. She enjoys socialising, good food (especially Mexican!) and keeping fit. She practises yoga regularly and loves to travel.
Sundeep completed a voluntary placement with a grass roots charitable organisation against child labour whilst travelling and has continued to be involved with the organisation since.
