Trevor is Brethertons Finance Director, although he enjoys wearing a number of other hats. He sits on the firm’s Management Board and is also our Head of Administration. He is proud to lead a dedicated team of Finance, IT, HR, and Office Services professionals.
He also plays an active role in strategic planning, client relationship development, staff consultation and risk management throughout the firm. Having spent more years working in the law than he chooses to remember, his wealth of experience is often called upon. As such, the words ‘Ask Trevor’ are in regular use here at Brethertons!
Trevor is a member of The Law Management Group and The Managing Partner Forum. He also provides Careers Advice on the legal profession to local schools and colleges.
Having spent many years participating in a wide range of sports (football, cricket, squash, long distance running, triathlon etc) Trevor is now reduced, because of age, to watching rather than playing. Trevor follows Northampton Saints rugby team around the UK and Europe and, living in Northamptonshire, he obviously supports Manchester United.
Trevor is a member of CAMRA and there aren’t many real ale pubs across the land that he hasn’t visited. Gales HSB and Batemans XXXB being Trevor's particular favourite beers.
Trevor currently has 3,864 songs on his i-pod. His musical tastes vary widely from Pink Faries to Tony Bennett. Trevor also hosts the Brethertons Annual Pop Quiz.
