Deborah is responsible for all the recruitment of legal staff here at Brethertons. This includes solicitors, legal executives and paralegals. She also recruits once a year for our trainee solicitor programme.

Deborah is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) and also a Professional Advisor for the CIPD Branch in Coventry and Warwickshire.
With Deborah's help Brethertons has been commended as Warwickshire Employer of Choice and The Lawyer HR Awards.
Deborah is married, with one daughter and lives in a beautiful village just outside Banbury. She enjoys cooking –her home baking skills are well known around the firm!
Now Deborah is honing her gardening skills to grow the fruit and vegetables for cooking.
