Trevor Dyer, Partner and Head of Admin

Trevor is a non-lawyer Partner and Head of Admin, although he enjoys wearing a number of other hats. He sits on the firm’s Management Board and is also our Head of Administration. He is proud to lead a dedicated team of Finance, IT, HR, and Office Services professionals.

He also plays an active role in strategic planning, client relationship development, staff consultation and risk management throughout the firm. Having spent more years working in the law than he chooses to remember, his wealth of experience is often called upon. As such, the words ‘Ask Trevor’ are in regular use here at Brethertons! Deborah Atkins, Partner - Human Resources 

Deborah is a non-lawyer Partner, with responsibilty for our Human Resources function. She and her team are responsible for all the recruitment of legal staff here at Brethertons. This includes solicitors, legal executives and paralegals. They also recruits once a year for our trainee solicitor programme.

Many are surprised to find out what a high-tech business the law is these days.  Tony endeavours to make effective use of technology to allow our lawyers to provide the best quality legal work to our clients. 

Case management systems allow our legal teams to efficiently manage your legal case, pushing matters through more quickly by working as proactively as possible.  Back-office technologies such as digital dictation and document management are aimed at improving efficiency allowing us to provide the best advice at competitive prices.

Marrion Glenn 

Marrion Glenn, Client Liaison Officer

Marrion is a highly experienced, senior member of the Brethertons administration team, having been Office Manager with Hodsons solicitors in Rugby until the firm merged with Brethertons LLP in Dec 2010. Marrion is currently based at our Glebe House office in Rugby where she is responsible for client liaison, client relationships and client development.

Jason Bastock, Office Manager 

Jason has the responsibility for the smooth running of all five offices. He is an Associate member of British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).

Jason is a keen Aston Villa supporter and plays football for a Sunday League Team.
