Brian Auld, Partner

Brian Auld was admitted as a solicitor in 1983 and is the partner in charge of the Banbury Company Commercial Department. Natalie Roach, Partner and Head of Employment

Natalie joined Team Commercial having previously worked for two large regional practices and heads up the Employment Team. Natalie has over ten years of experience in all aspects of employment law and she is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Michael Wells, Partner

Michael is an experienced commercial property solicitor, having trained in the City of London and worked for five years in a commercial West End practice. He has been with Brethertons since 1999 and now heads up the commercial property department.

Shaun Jardine, Partner

Shaun is the Head of the commercial Litigation and Commercial Mediation Department based at the Banbury office.

Jackie Ray, Head of Commercial Recoveries

Jackie acts for a number of interesting clients including Hi-Tech Plcs, Credit Unions, Suppliers of Mobility Aids, Vintners, Universities, Aggregates and major financial institutions.

Caroline Lee, Head of Property Management

Caroline has over 20 years experience in the recovery of residential leasehold service charge arrears, which is a very niche area of law. Caroline acts for a number of clients that range from single property freeholders to household name developers and their managing agents.

Elizabeth Young, Partner

Elizabeth is head of Wills, Trust and Probate Department. She qualified as a Wills, Trust and Probate specialist in 1996 and since then she has practiced in a broad range of areas within the private client field.
